  • Exchange Only: We follow a No Refund Policy. We do not offer monetary refunds; however, we are happy to facilitate an exchange or replacement for your purchase.

  • Quality Assured: We only accept returns for items that are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.


1. 7-Day Replacement Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a free replacement.

  • The replacement request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the package.

  • The replacement is subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer an exchange for a different product of equal value.

2. 7-Day Exchange Policy

Not the right fit? No problem. You can exchange your product for a different size or a different model within 7 days of delivery.

  • Note: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

3. Refund Policy

Please be advised that CKCART does not entertain refund requests. Once a purchase is made, the amount cannot be credited back to your original payment method. We provide value through high-quality replacements and exchanges instead.
